For those of you who joined me LIVE today on YouTube, as promised here is a photo of the finished towel. I absolutely LOVE the way it turned out! I’m still not sure why that one sheet of vinyl gave me so much trouble. Is there such a thing as a ‘bad’ sheet of htv?
Anyhoooooo, I think that Jean Freda will give me a thumbs up on this Mystery Kit Project.
Here is my affiliate link to the flour towels that I used. Thanks for helping support my channel by using my links!
These 14″ Print then Cut Nutcrackers were soooo much fun to create. To create them I just grabbed a free image off of google images and brought the images into Silhouette Studio (for either my Cricut Explore Air or my Cameo).
The most fun part was embellishing them!! I can’t wait to use these as part of my decorations this Christmas!!
This post may include affiliate links. I think am going to order the wide format printer below…..
I have got a terrific new site to share with you! When you use this site, you can create patterns for your Cricut machine (Design Space) or your Silhouette Cameo machine (Silhouette Studio) or your ScanNCut machine (Canvas)!!!
These patterns are terrific for print then cut cardstock OR print then cut heat transfer materials for t-shirts, bags, etc!
Here is the link to the site AND below you will find a short video on how to use the site for Silhouette machines and Cricut machines!
I’m sooo excited!!! Tomorrow we are going to go over a ton of really really fun techniques in our Patreon class!!
We will turn one Santa boot image into an svg and THEN change it into lots of other FUN Santa images!!
Don’t know how to create your OWN svgs??? Join us tomorrow and EVERY single SATURDAY to learn how to MASTER your die cutting machine (Cricut, ScanNCut, Silhouette Cameo).
THE BEST thing about our classes is that they are only $2.50 each – you CAN’T BEAT that price. You will LOVE all you can do with ANY Machine by just purchasing Silhouette Software for Cricut or Silhouette or ScanNCut!!! This is going to be really really fun!! I PROMISE!! www.patreon.com/pattyanne
I LOVE it when I can create beautiful cards for my Cricut and Cameo machines without having to purchase special stamps or images. This card was made with FREE dingbats (ok for commercial use) and free font from dafont.com (I have all the details in the info under the video.)
I hope you enjoy this video and it spurs you on to create your own beautiful cards!!
I am going to show how to make these images into svgs on YouTube LIVE today. Not sure of the time so please make sure you aresubscribed to my channel AND CLICK the BELL so that you get alerted!
I will be using Silhouette Studio and creating these svgs for ANY machine….much like you can do in Inkscape but it is much easier to use Silhouette Studio (IMHO).
Below are the images we will be working on. What’s that? You say you don’t want to create these images??? Not to worry….what you learn in THIS class can be used on ANY image that you’d like (think DISNEY!)
So, please grab these images. Simply right click on the image and save to your computer so that you can work right along with me!!!
Yahoooooo, my Foil Quill arrived this morning and I am really excited to get going with it. Since a lot of you asked, I wanted to give you a bit of info that I’ve gotten from my research.
Be sure to watch the video at the end of this post where I do the LIVE unboxing!!!
The following materials can have foil applied to them easily:
card stock non textured
card stock textured
vellum
vinyl
cotton fabric
satin ribbon
thin fun foam
acetate
faux leather
I also found that the following types of foil work well with the Foil Quill
Contour creations
Spellbinders
Anyhooo, I’m pretty excited to get mine. Grab yours here!! As I mentioned in the video, I got the smaller ‘set’ so that I could try it out and make sure that I liked how it worked. If you’d like to take a look at the larger set, click HERE.
I will be testing mine later today and documenting my results with video so stay tuned.
BTW, I’ve ordered my Cameo 4….. are you getting one?? Check it out by clicking on the image below!!
I LOVE these little boxes!!! I’m pretty certain you will too!!!
