Creating SVGs Part Two

Hi Everyone!
I hope you can join me today as I go over PART TWO of creating your own SVGs.

I love using FREE images to create really fun embellishments for my cards!  This one is soooo cute that I wish I had made a mirror image of her and created a shaped card using her.  I bet the kids that we make cards for (our charity that our Facebook Group loves to give to) would be thrilled to get these cards!

HELP! Silhouette Software with my CRICUT

Are you tired of purchasing svg files and want to create your own?

Betsy, from our Patreon group, had written the following to me:

Dear Patty Anne,

  I don’t know what I am doing wrong?? I am trying to make an SVG of this logo, but have had lots of trouble. Once I finally thought I had gotten it (for the most part), betsy baseballwhen I sent it to Cricut, the are a bazillion pieces to the project. Obviously, I have not done things right! I am sending the original jpg file and then a link to my file I made……. don’t know if you can make any sense of it… I guess I just need help in step by step of how to do it… I really thought this would be easy…… NOT.
Any help would be greatly appreciated (when you MIGHT have time….. it is not urgent by any means. I would really just like to know the steps so I can do it… that’s the frustrating part… I thought this one would be easy….. sheesh.

First, thanks sooo much Betsy for the kind words!!  I hope that this video will help answer the questions you had about taking the image you created from Silhouette Software to you Cricut Machine.

Mountain Memories Craft Retreat!!! (Cricut and Cameo)

Yes, you read that right!! We are having a RETREAT this OCTOBER from the 27th – 30th featuring everything SILHOUETTE and CRICUT!

The THREE NIGHT ALL-INCLUSIVE Retreat will be held in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of NC at the Bonclarken Conference Center in Flat Rock, NC (near Hendersonville and Asheville NC). We will be staying in Founders Hall South and all classes will be held in the adorable MaryAlice Cottage.

Silhouette + Cricut = LOVE

I really do believe this!  With Silhouette software I can do soooo much more with my Cricut machine (and of course with my Silhouette Cameo 4).

If you haven’t tried it yet, what is stopping you?  Seriously.  Next best thing since sliced bread???? LOL    Kinda kidding BUT I really do love the software.

Here is how you can make fabulous larger than mat images for you CRICUT.  This video shows a step I did not go over in my prior video…that of saving the cut pieces FOR CRICUT.
